Film Theory Presentations

Students are assigned a film theorist and a partner at random, then must work together to research and create a 20 to 30 minute presentation that includes biographical information, major points of scholarship, and unique examples using one or more film clips. A formal bibliography citing sources is due at the time of the presentation. This assignment prepares students for the final paper at the end of the term.
